What a joy to know that we only have one main audience :)
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

My wife and I have been encouraged much by this hymn lately and we just sang it today at church :)
What a great reminder that we have a Saviour who has taken away the burden for us!
Before the throne of God above
I have a strong and perfect plea.
A great high Priest whose Name is Love
Who ever lives and pleads for me.
My name is graven on His hands,
My name is written on His heart.
I know that while in Heaven He stands
No tongue can bid me thence depart.
When Satan tempts me to despair
And tells me of the guilt within,
Upward I look and see Him there
Who made an end of all my sin.
Because the sinless Savior died
My sinful soul is counted free.
For God the just is satisfied
To look on Him and pardon me.
Behold Him there the risen Lamb,
My perfect spotless righteousness,
The great unchangeable I AM,
The King of glory and of grace,
One in Himself I cannot die.
My soul is purchased by His blood,
My life is hid with Christ on high,
With Christ my Savior and my God!

Movember is a November for me…
For only One did that all those for me :)
Lyrics comes from a beautiful song by

It’s not about your feeling close with God, it’s not about how many times you go to church or how many souls you convert, our sin has been paid by Christ he has drawn us near.
The joy of the amazing grace, is that God is always faithful and his love is steadfast :)
After all it’s a free lemon :)
from the quote of E. Stanley Jones
If I throw out a boathook from the boat and catch hold of the shore and pull, do I pull the shore to me, or do I pull myself to the shore? Prayer is not pulling God to my will, but the aligning of my will to the will of God.
Praying is not about making God adheres to our will, God is still God, the ruler of the universe. He’s not a genie who will grant your wish, instead it’s a form of communications between Him and us. Even Jesus when he prayed before he was crucified his prayer was “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.” (Luke 22)
Not my will, but yours Lord :)
